Using bipolar heating, the heating temperature of the base material and welding rod can be independently controlled, making welding more efficient and the weld quality better.
The plastic extruder uses a 1300w electric drill imported from Germany as the extrusion motor, which has high power, low resistance, and strong protection.

Extrusion welding machine
Working principle: Use an extruder to extrude welding rods of the same material as the geomembrane, and fuse them with the geomembrane to be welded while the welding rods melt, completing the welding process.
Scope of application: Commonly used for welding complex parts, such as internal and external corners, repair welding, etc., as well as occasions with high requirements for welding strength.
